Arbitration

We understand that certain conflicts require a clear, enforceable determination when negotiated resolution is not achievable. Our arbitration services provide a structured, impartial adjudicative process that ensures procedural fairness and balanced decision-making. Parties are given the opportunity to present evidence and make submissions within a framework tailored to the complexity of the dispute.

The process may proceed by way of an oral hearing or through written submissions and document review only, allowing for proportionality and cost efficiency while maintaining fairness and transparency.

At present, our arbitration services are delivered by qualified mental health professionals acting as arbitrators. As such, the scope of issues that may be determined is more limited than where a lawyer trained arbitrator presides. We assess suitability at the outset to ensure the process is appropriate for the matters presented.

Arbitration offers a private, timely, and cost-effective alternative to court, resulting in a binding and enforceable decision that provides clarity and finality.
